A shelf for exactly your things. This prototype was designed for myself and my family, using the things we often need to put somewhere when coming or going. Mail in a linear slot. Keys in a big circle. Notes in a square. Pen in a small hole. Phones in a proportionally scaled rectangle. Jewelry in a small bowl shape.
       The idea with Your Things Shelf is to scale up to a computer-controlled production process where a CNC router can quickly and easily carve up a wood blank with any variation of customized shapes. Each shape comes from your things.
